Facility

We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Our modern office offers convenient day and evening appointments, as well as a pleasant, comfortable office setting with flat screen televisions throughout. Furthermore, we use digital radiography to take x-rays, so there is less radiation used.

The office follows a confirmed sterilization monitoring system in addition to a complete and thorough annual OSHA training designed to protect all patients and staff.

 

Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by calling (703)787-3585. Our office facilitates communications. Emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
You can reach us Monday and Tuesday 8AM-5PM, Wednesday 8AM-8PM, Thursday and Friday 8AM-12PM.


Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you, as a courtesy and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is available through Care Credit. Please log on to www.carecredit.com to apply. Through Care Credit, you may be eligible for 12 months, no interest payments. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. For more information, please refer to our Dental Financial Agreement form, in Patient Forms section, under New Patient Forms.


Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 business hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Insurance

We participate with most PPO plans, indemidy, fee schedule plans, including MetLife, Aetna, Cigna, Guardian, United Healthcare, Delta Dental, Anthem, as well as others. When many practices refuse to deal with insurance companies, we will help you research your insurance and file it for you, getting the most insurance benefit. We are very knowledgeble about your insurance and will work hard to make sure your claims are properly paid. Please call our office to research your insurance benefits.
